Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Practice Sessions
When: 4th Tuesday of the month – January 24 through June 26.
Location: Boardwalk – Clover Terrace Apartments – Social Room
Time: 7 – 8:30 PM
Cost: $15/month or $65/full 6 months (save $25)
Exposure to Jin Shin Jyutsu and desire to develop own Self Help program required.
Each class will include Main Central Channel, 36 breaths, and requests by participants.
Dress comfortably, bring water, mat and pillow

Discover Your Authentic Self – Phase 3 - 2012
No longer simply introductory, each facilitator will offer classes in more depth. Students register for individual classes, depending upon their own schedule and interests.
Uncovering and Experiencing Compassion
Compassion is unconditional acceptance with the ability to see the essences in all things – when nothing is in the way. Through lecture, meditation, and specific activities, you learn to identify what gets in your way, and then begin the process of change – realizing your compassion for your self and for others.
Dates: March 14, 21, and 28
Time: 7 – 9 PM
Location: Boardwalk – Clover Terrace Apartment Building – Social Room

Cost: $75 for all 3 classes. EARLY BIRD $60 must be paid by March 7
Class size will be minimum of 6 and maximum of 15 participants.

day long course with
instructor Robin McKay.
The energy touch therapy which
is performed on animals as
well as humans is said to work
by helping the body release
tension or pain resulting in
faster healing.
