GROUP CLASSES

 

Human Self-Help :

Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an energy healing art that balances and harmonizes the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of all living beings. Through gentle touch, blockages in the body’s energy pathways open, allowing the body to rebalance and harmonize these aspects. These blockages can be caused by things such as simple as daily stress up to very traumatic events, attitudes we hold, and memories and emotions we hold inside us. They can begin to form as early as when we were in utero and continue throughout our lives. The most profound results are seen when Jin Shin Jyutsu is practiced on a regular consistent basis.

To help you develop this consistency, Robin offers Self-Help classes and practice sessions.

In these sessions, you increase your understanding of this healing art as you increase your ability to heal yourself.

In some specific classes, you will also receive the appropriate self-help books developed by Jin Shin Jyutsu Inc.

Animal Classes:

All living beings not only suffer from their own stressors, but also as a result of OUR reactions to stress and trauma.  If you have adopted an animal from a rescue or sanctuary, they may have additional stress from their past that can include abandonment, neglect or abuse.

In class, you will be taught to do specific holds for yourself as well as your animal.  As this is a universal art, learning to work on one type of animal helps you to transfer that learning to another.  Class will include a copy of the text  Jin Shin Jyutsu for Your Animal Companion by Adele Leas.

Learning to share Jin Shin Jyutsu with your animal companion is a deeply rewarding experience.  Not only does it change and deepen the bond between you, applying it aids in their healing, reduces pain, and relieves anxiety.
